Muzyka, syreny, Morfeusz i… wielorybi śpiew, który od samego początku idealnie pasowały do harmonii wiolonczel w prezentowanej wersji Song To The Siren, utworu Tima Buckley’a i Larry Beckett. Pierwotna aranżacja z r. 1968 w folkowym stylu na klasyczną gitarę dwunastostrunową ewoluowała niejednokrotnie. Wersja Michała Popola i Magdaleny Cieleckiej została wzbogacona o wielorybie dźwięki: przedziwną, natchnioną improwizację, niesamowicie muzyczną, bo naturalną i niekontrolowaną przez intelekt, a przez to tak szczerą i piękną.

Music, mermaids, Morpheus and ... whale song, which from the outset perfectly matches the harmony of cellos in this version of Song to the Siren, by Tim Buckley and Larry Beckett. This piece has evolved more than once from the original 1968 folk arrangement played on a classic twelve-string guitar. Michał Popol and Magdalena Cielecka’s rendition is enriched with whale song: unusual, inspired by improvisation, and incredibly musical, as it is natural and uncontrolled by the intellect and as a result, deeply sincere and beautiful.
